The math track at Pyramid Academy is designed to inspire our students with content from the Art of Problem Solving series to enrich computational thinking and to encourage students to realize its real-world applications.

The science program at Pyramid Academy includes tracks for students at different levels of scientific knowledge. We offer biology, chemistry, and physics classes.

Today’s businesses are complex entities. However, one fundamental principle of success remains constant – the need for communication. Our communication track has been designed to develop speech fluency and confidence and are easily adaptable to groups of all ages and skill levels: from beginners to advanced, both in middle school and high school.

Our computer courses vary from the entry to the advanced level. We offer classes that train students to participate in competitive programming such as USACO.

Dear Creative Writing Students from 2020-2021,
I'm so excited to announce that one of your fellow Pyramid Academy students - Lari Li - won a Silvery Key for her short story in the Science Fiction / Fantasy category of the prestigious Scholastic Arts and Writing Awards!! Some of you will remember her from our 2020 class winning one of my class awards for deciding to work hard on one piece - The Masked Maestro - for submission. Well her hard work paid off! We're all so proud of you, Lari!

Pyramid Academy for Gifted Youth
is located in the western suburbs of Chicago. The classes are set up to help gifted students prepare for various national and international level competitions. Our small class sizes allow students to achieve their personal goals by helping them identify areas for improvement, encouraging them to overcome challenges, and working with them directly. Pyramid Academy incorporates these skills and attitudes into a comprehensive program that prepares students for their future aspirations. In the past two years, 75% of our students trained in the Pyramid Academy Competition Prep classes have made it to the semifinals! |
