【🎬Topic】Improve learning ability for better competition results
【🙎🏻Presenter】Mr. Peter Huang, Pyramid Academy Principal

【🌺Intro.】What are the challenges and difficulties of participating in various STEM competitions? Which competitions are my kids suitable for? What are the most critical skills and tips to overcome these competitions? How to plan and prepare for these competitions? What are the learning capabilities? How to improve? 🙇🏻 My child’s learning efficiency is not high, I cannot memorize the book, can I learn more effectively?
On the plane back home, I happened to come across a very effective way to improve my memory. I think this method is very useful for children who are ready to participate in the competition. So I did research and practice in the past half year and concluded a set of effective methods for reading, learning, and memorizing. I will introduce these methods to you, which could help children master the problem solving skills and knowledge needed for various competitions. Our goal is to use the same time, get better results! In addition, I will also introduce various STEM competitions, how to prepare them more efficiently with well planned timeline and study track.

【🌺Introduction】The panel discussion we had on 01/02 about the challenges and myths about high school academics and extracurriculars was well received by parents and students. To help answer those questions, we have collected some recent information from seniors who just received their first pass application results. During this seminar, we will analyze the difference among applications, explain common myths parents and students have, and answer questions.
